Andros: training 30+ factories with a mobile arcade cabinet
The Andros group trains its operational staff in cybersecurity using a Brain arcade cabinet deployed across more than 30 production sites.

The challenge
Andros, a major European food manufacturer, needed to reach operational staff across its 30+ production sites in France. An environment with specific constraints: 3-shift rotations, short breaks, limited access to IT tools, and employees with little daily exposure to digital technology.
At the same time, IT/OT convergence in industrial systems and targeted phishing attacks on production access credentials were making security awareness training urgent.
The solution
Brain deployed a compact, robust arcade cabinet, designed for the industrial environment:
- Plug-and-play, no IT dependency
- 3-minute sessions suited to operational breaks
- “Super Quiz” format: one mistake and the game is over
- Flexible connectivity (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, 4G/5G optional)
- National rotation over 1 year covering all sites
- Logistics fully managed by Brain
Content is updated monthly and adjusted based on field feedback.
The results
- Hundreds of employees engaged per site
- Spontaneous participation during breaks
- Measurable score progression across sessions
- Emergence of local “cyber champions”
- Strengthened dialogue between IT and operational teams
The physical format created tangible cybersecurity visibility in environments typically focused on production.
