The challenge
The decentralized structure of Crédit Agricole distributes its IS Risk and Security Managers (MRSIs) across regional banks. These professionals, often working in isolation, needed a unifying moment to build genuine group cohesion around cybersecurity.
The obstacles: packed schedules, sites spread across the country, and the need to measure impact for reporting.
The solution
Brain organized a one-hour online competition, in a format inspired by live streaming:
- Ephemeral link, no authentication: zero technical friction
- Real-time quiz with countdown and dynamic leaderboard
- Live hosting with commentary and educational explanations
- Progressive difficulty across multiple rounds
- Tangible reward: a Brain arcade cabinet for the winning organization
The full format: 10 min warm-up, 40 min competition, 15 min final, 5 min prize ceremony.
The results
- Over 100 simultaneous participants
- 400+ games played in 20 minutes
- Very low drop-off rate throughout the event
- Creation of a team-building moment between professionals who typically work in silos
- Informal peer benchmarking on cyber knowledge
Participants praised a format radically different from standard webinars, with genuine group dynamics created by live hosting and real-time rankings.
